every other person in tekong could book out on fri or sat except for us NINJAs... we had to stay in tekong for another 4 days coz of live firing :(
really freaked out when I got to fire my first round wif my rifle, could feel my ear drums bursting past my ear plugs when everyone fired off.. but it was such a good experience.. especially the night shoot. During the night, all our bullets had a tracer light behind them, it was like star wars in tekong! As we waited for our turn, the hundreds of stars in the sky was enough to brighten up our dull mood at that time. NOt a chance in Singapore can you find such a starry-lit sky, only in Tekong.. man.. I actually saw the Orion belt!
OH YA! first thing I did when I reached home was stepping onto the weighing machine... Oh My GOODNESS!!! I LOST 3 KG!!! wahhahahahahahaa....
time to eat as much as I can during chinese new year! next week's field camp, which is a 7 day camp in the jungle in tekong, no bathing and u live on food rations, which I heard is almost impossible to consume..
ang baos! i just got my feb pay... w00t!
