hmm here's the start of my wonderful journey in medic life :)
advantages:
-there are pretty girls everywhere, i.e. my PS, my OC, my platoon mate :)
-a lot of admin time
-8 hrs of sleep a day
-frequent canteen breaks
-nice sergeants
-nice bunk mates
-no tough physical training
-lectures in comfortable LTs..
-RO's always at lift lobby beside our bunks
disadvantages:
-lots and lots and lots of studying
-long torturous lectures
-which are boring
-hafta wake up very early, 0445hrs..
-have 5bx everyday
-have inspection parade everyday
-standby area takes very very long
it's only the beginning and they've crammed the O level bio syllabus into our thick heads.. no way were we expecting so much studying in this medic course..no way did I expect to see pretty girls in the army..no way did I expect to be platoon mates wif a staff sergeant from the NDU..
gonna do my first IV practice next week, and a whole lof of tests..IV btw's poking a hole in the vein to administer drips..yikes
