office politics are amazing..
it's amazing how a boss can scold the crap out of the people under him for negligence, how they can sort of patch up and start laughing at each other's jokes after a while.. then talking behind each other's backs a while later..
it's become part of what i see everyday already, and sometimes it's kinda frustrating to hear them, and i get to hear both sides coz im just a temp staff there.
sometimes these can be avoided if ppl just use their brains and not have to follow strictly to the book, or give just a little grace.. hais.
